Americans worried about a possible military draft are being warned to forget about Canada as a refuge, draft counselors and immigration officials said Friday.
"It's not the option it was during Vietnam. For a young unattached male with no relatives and no business in Canada, it's problematic," said lawyer James Lafferty.
